THE POOL

The swimming pool is probably the most used part of the entire house, greeting you enticingly as you walk through the front door. Built into the garden, it keeps everyone cool in the hotter months and is ideal for fun or relaxation. It uses a special fully automatic salt filtering system, so there is no need for chlorine to keep it crystal clear.

The length is long enough for burning off those morning croissants, lounging on a lilo during lazy afternoons, or jumping in and out with excited friends and relatives. It has a soft inner lining that makes it feel luxurious, safe, and comfortable to the touch.

There is a fountain at one end, which creates a delightful sound and a zen-like atmosphere around the house (unless the young decide to play underneath it!)

The pool is protected by gates and railings, so children can't wander too close by mistake. It is two metres deep at one end and just one metre deep with steps at the other end, so it suits all abilities. Of course, as with any swimming pool, it's essential to take great care if you're with people who aren't confident swimmers.

As dusk drifts into night, the bright LED light at the deep end switches on – transforming the pool into a magical glowing portal. Perfect for a silent moonlit swim, or simply enjoyed from the terrace for its beautiful ambient effect.
